About Me

I graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA degree in Health Education and earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. I have had additional training in
Attachment Theory and in Emotionally Focused Therapy with Couples.

Since 1998, I have worked in various settings in Santa Rosa, including Family Service Agency, Chrysalis Counseling, Rincon Valley Union School District and Sutter VNA and Home Hospice. I supervise and train beginning therapists at Family Service Agency, where I have been affiliated for more than 10 years.

I have enjoyed living in Sonoma County longer than 25 years; my husband and I have raised two children here.
