How much do I charge?

The fee for each session is $85.00. Payment is due at the time of the appointment and cash or personal check is accepted.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are usually 50-minutes long.  Sometimes I may recommend longer sessions, particularly with couples and families.

Can I come every other week?

I strongly encourage sessions every week as it is highly beneficial to the therapy. It can be difficult to maintain continuity when clients come every other week as too much time can lapse.

When will I feel better?

During the therapeutic process, sometimes clients may feel worse before feeling better. This is generally a normal course of events since therapy stirs up unresolved or unnoticed issues. Personal growth and change may be easy and swift at times, but may also be slow. I encourage clients to address any concerns he/she has regarding his/her progress in therapy with me at any time.
